Join us for a trail brush back work party (followed by a BBQ sponsored by Xterra PDX)! Some tools will be provided but please bring loppers, hand saws, and pruning shears. Don't forget work gloves and water!
Volunteer check-in starting at 8:45am at "Boat Ramp C" meeting pavilion. Project overview starting at 9am (please arrive on time!)
Xterra PDX organizers and race participants will be joining us to help groom the trail for their August 11/12th race event (triathalon and duathalon includes 25k mountain biking leg!)
We will have a brushcutter on hand and are coordinating with the park ranger for tractor mowing. With a good turn out we can have the trail in pretty good shape, brush wise, through the rest of the summer.
