Here is a list with links to free maps of off-road cycling trails in our region. If you know of any other good riding maps that are not listed here, please email Kris Schamp (kris@nw-trail.org) with the links to the maps.
Portland Parks
Forest Park Mountain Biking Map (PDF) - the official 2-page black-and-white mountain bike map of Forest Park, showing all trails where cycling is authorized.
The Art of Geography Forest Park Map - set of four beautiful, color maps of Forest Park with very detailed topographic relief and contour lines.
Powell Butte Nature Park - info and map of the trail system around Powell Butte in SE Portland.
Larger Portland Metro Area
Hagg Lake Park - info and map of the loop around Hagg Lake, located southwest of Forest Grove.
City of Camas - Lacamas Park - info and basic trail map of the 4 miles of unpaved trails around Lacamas Lake (WA).
Vernonia Area
L. L. Stub Stewart State Park - info and park brochure, which includes a basic trail map of the 15+ miles of trails in Oregon's newest State Park.
Banks Vernonia State Trail - info and basic trail map of a very popular 21-mile long multi-use trail that runs from Hwy 26 to the town of Vernonia along an old, abandoned railroad.
Tillamook State Forest
Oregon Dept. of Forestry (ODF) trail maps - various maps of the 65+ miles of non-motorized trails in the Tillamook State Forest, mostly concentrated in the area north of Highway 6. Trails include Wilson River, Kings Mountain/Elk Mountain/Elk Creek, Gales Creek, Historic Hiking Trail, and Storey Bur.
SW Washington - Mount St. Helens
Gifford Pinchot National Forest trail maps - various maps of popular mountain bike trails around Mount St. Helens, including Lewis River Trail #31, Craggy Peak Trail #3, and Ape Canyon Trail #234.
SW Washington - Other
Washington Dept. of Natural Resource (WADNR) trail maps - a wide assortment of maps of WA area trails including popular MTB trails in SW Washington such as Buck Creek, Capitol State Forest, Mt. Mitchell/Siouxon Creek, Tarbell/Bells Mountain/Silver Star and Three Corner Rock.
Klickitat Trail Conservancy Maps - map of the 31-mile Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River (starting in Lyle, WA, North of the Columbia River).
Mount Hood
Mount Hood Territory Bike Maps - various maps of on-road and off-road trails in the Mt Hood area including Pioneer Bridle, and Timothy Lake.
Sandy Area
Sandy Ridge Trail System - info and 2-page PDF with trail map of the new MTB-specific trail system on Bureau of Land Management land, just east of Sandy.
